TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MOVIELINK MONEY™ : Offer limited to new Movielink customers who will each be eligible to receive a code for $5.00 in Movielink Money™ ("Voucher") good for at least one movie download at southwest.movielink.com. The Voucher and any unused portion of the Voucher expire at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on August 31, 2005. Your use of the Voucher constitutes your acceptance of these terms. This Voucher may only be redeemed by new Movielink customers through the website located at southwest.movielink.com for eligible movies as determined by Movielink, LLC ("Movielink"). This Voucher may not be redeemed for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, and is void if sold for cash or other consideration. Any unused Voucher balance will be placed in your Movielink Wallet until the expiration date set forth above. No change will be returned from this Voucher. If your movie rental(s) exceeds the remaining balance in your Movielink Wallet, the balance must be paid for with a debit or credit card. Vouchers and their use on the Movielink service are subject to the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Movielink. This Voucher shall not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is nontransferable and nonrefundable. Vouchers are void where prohibited by applicable law. Movielink shall have the right to close a customer account, cancel the Voucher and/or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Voucher is redeemed through the Movielink service. Vouchers may not be applied to previous purchases. Limit one Voucher per customer. Movielink reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time and/or to take reasonable steps necessary to prevent violations of these terms and conditions.
